From one tutoring service to a national programme
Founded in July 2019, HLCS has grown from a small tutoring service into a comprehensive education and business development organisation. We focus on strengthening human capital and promoting sustainable economic development across Sierra Leone.
Our integrated approach combines quality education services with enterprise development support, creating pathways for both academic success and economic empowerment.
Today we serve thousands of students, partner with over 100 schools, and have trained hundreds of entrepreneurs across 7 districts in Sierra Leone.
